Mesquite Corn and Veggie Salad

This salad was a hit! It was a nice way to enjoy the last tastes of summer. Although it's a dish you could enjoy year round. Why I Choose to Compete, and No it’s Not For Attention

So I'm doing another show. It is a hard but rewarding process. It will be my second show and I love it for so many reasons. I believe this time around might be a little easier because I know what to expect, but time will tell. Competing is a sacrifice for sure. Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These were a yummy afternoon snack for the kids that was really easy to throw together. My kids loved them! I love using the cinnamon bun veggie elite protein powder from MRM, and honestly I use it in a lot of my cooking. Just check out my Protein cinnamon bun recipe I posted last month. At Home Plyo Workout

I am officially starting my prep season. I try to fluctuate training styles throughout the year, and during prep it changes a lot. I am adding in a Plyo day. There is something spectacular about being able to do these days at home in the morning, and being done for the day in 30 mins or less. I am very consistent with rest time by only taking 30 seconds in between sets to keep my heart rate up.
