9 Weeks to a Lean Mean Yogi Machine (Week 3-4)

Remember my friend Yvonne? You know, the one that owns the yoga studio in Vail, trying to lean up for a photo shoot in T-minus 7 weeks!

Well she is finishing her 2nd week on her training program (Week 1-2 on previous blog post). She is down 6 inches already and that was with a family trip to the east coast. And we all know traveling and dieting are hard! I’m pretty sure she is like the perfect client.

The first two weeks she got her gym routine down doing full body weight workouts, cardio and yoga. She has been working hard sticking to her daily food plan. Yvonne has 3 different daily food plans so she can pick what works best for her on any given day. As a mom, schedules are constantly changing so I think it’s important to plan for the unknown change in the schedule. Plus, it’s nice not to have to eat the exact same thing everyday. I am a big believer in flexible dieting, and I think it really helps in balancing fitness, weightloss and life.

Yvonne will be beginning her 3rd week in training on Sunday, and her week 3-4 plans are listed below. She is moving from 2 full body days to a 3 day weight training split. Her food plans still give her a three day option, but calories are lowered just a little bit along with her daily carb intake. Her cardio sessions are really similar from the past two weeks but I up’d her time by 5 mins on a few of the days.
