Banana Cinnamon Crepes

These made the entire house smell amazing! This was a super easy recipe. It took me less than 10 mins to get this on a plate.

Ingredients:
1 scoop MRM Veggie elite cinnamon Bun protein powder
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tbsp water
2 whole bananas sliced
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp water

Directions:
To make the batter mixture, mix the protein powder, 2 Tbsp water, and egg whites until blended and smooth. Spray a hot small pan with Pam cooking spray. Pour half of the batter mixture into the hot pan and cook until the edges are slightly bubbly. Flip the crepe and cook the other side. Once the crepe is cooked on both sides, set aside for the final step. Do the same thing with the other 1/2 of the batter mixture.

To make banana filling, slice two whole bananas and put them into a warm pan. Make sure to spray the pan with a non stick spray. Add 1 tbsp water, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. Stir the bananas until warm and soft. The honey and cinnamon will make a yummy sauce.

Add the banana filling to the center of the crepes and roll them up. You can top this with the left over bananas, and some sugar free syrup for a healthy delicious breakfast.
