Cake Batter Protein Pancakes

I’m not really sure if there is anything better than this…..cake & pancakes, sign me up! They are actually really easy to make and super tasty.

They are made with Cake batter muscle eggs, which are flavored liquid egg whites. I picked mine up at my local supplement store, Nutrition Company! They are pasteurized so you can add them to smoothies, or recipes. I also used MRM Veggie Elite protein in Vanilla Bean.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop MRM Veggie Elite protein powder Vanilla Bean
1 cup-1 1/2 cup Muscle Egg Cake Batter

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend up until oatmeal is blended through. Heat up pan. Spray the pan so the pancake won’t stick. Pour batter into pancakes, let cook for 2-3 mins and flip and cook until done.

Once the pancakes are done I like to pour a little extra muscle eggs on top! ENJOY!
