Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These were a yummy afternoon snack for the kids that was really easy to throw together. My kids loved them! I love using the cinnamon bun veggie elite protein powder from MRM, and honestly I use it in a lot of my cooking. Just check out my Protein cinnamon bun recipe I posted last month. OMG..need I say more.

Try making these for your family, and enjoy!

Directions: Mix all the ingredient in a bowl until all the ingredients are slightly moistened. Make dough into about 2 Tbsp size. Spray the baking pan with Pam or a similar cooking spray because these tend to stick. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 mins, and enjoy!

Ingredients: 

2 scoops MRM Cinnamon bun Protein Powder

1 1/2 c oatmeal

1 Tbsp Honey

1/4 c. Coconut flakes unsweetened

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1/2 c. Raisins

1/2 c Banana

1/2 c. Egg Whites

3/4 c Water

1 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp MRM Sancha Incha Powder (superfoods)
