Have you been to the gym and needed a plan? Having a plan is so important to feeling successful and being successful! There are lots of options to choose from with Mom on the Move, LLC. And each option is for you and your price point and goal.

 

FULLY CUSTOMIZED WEIGHT LIFTING PROGRAM – 

These programs are top of the line, month long fully customizable programs for your needs, schedule, and goals. These are accessible through a app with videos of each exercise to help your understanding of each movement. I will adjust these to fit your schedule and you will get a monthly calendar to follow for 4 weeks. These include weight lifting and cardio planning with a easy to use format accessible from your phone.

4 Week Leaning Program A, B, C

This is a WEEK long program that you are able to use for a full month. These are great programs that include cardio and weight lifitng programing designed to lean.  These will be available on PDF typed workout program with detailed descriptions on reps and sets, as well as exercise name. Program A, B, and C programs are each different programing and will be good as clients want to move through the leaning programs. (These plans do not include videos of exercises or app access. These programs will not be available for people with certain health issues, you will need to contact me for more information).
